Who taught you about love?
Where did you read about love?
How do you feel about love?
I can't never really give an exact answer to these questions. When I was a kid, I'd heard that people said my parents love me. I'd gone to the mosque, and people said that God loves us. Then, I'd watched the TV on the independence day, people said that they love their country and nation. I've grown up, and read the teenlit novel, it was something about love between two people. I'd met somebody and my heart beat fastly, somehow I couldn't move, my back felt warm and cold at the same time. That somebody I called "my first love".
They said love is in my heart. But now that I found it's a role of my autonomic nervous system and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal.
They said love is give and take. But, I'd given my love to someone and never took anything called love from him.
People said, love is good. But, then, their lover hurted them.
People said, love is when you'd never feel alone. But, then, their lover left them.
What is love? Is it something that only surrounded by happiness? Is it fine when you feel sad during loving someone?
I still figure out what's the meaning of love, and how is it in my life. All I know about love is from what the people say. I guess what's my feeling and call it as love. Maybe, I haven't live long enough to have my own words to describe it. Maybe, someday I know what's love for me. But, maybe not today.
